Our Mission

The mission of the Pastoral Care Community is to equip, train, and strengthen the next generation of pastors with the tools, understanding, and pastoral capacity necessary to care for people effectively.

We are creating a structured environment where emerging pastors can grow in:

• Pastoral identity and calling
• Shepherding and spiritual care
• Emotional and spiritual health
• Biblical counseling and restoration
• Leadership responsibility in caring for people

Through teaching, mentorship, discussion, and practical pastoral development, this community will help pastors learn how to walk with people through real-life challenges—offering guidance, correction, encouragement, and healing with wisdom and compassion.

This pastoral care community will also serve as a governmental space for men, where men can grow in maturity, responsibility, and leadership as they develop the heart of a shepherd.

Within this environment, men will be encouraged, strengthened, and equipped to become leaders who are able to care for others, guide people through difficult seasons, and stand as pillars of stability in the church and in their communities.

About the community

The Pastoral Care Community is to equip the next generation of Pastors. A place of healing restoration and leadership training for the men.

What is the Pastor Care Community?

The Pastoral Care Community is a place where pastors are built from the inside out, where they are developed emotionally, spiritually, and pastorally so they can carry the weight of leadership with integrity, endurance, and grace. This community is also specifically designed as a pastoral care environment for men, where men can be strengthened, restored, and raised up into leadership with a clear understanding of their calling and responsibility. We believe men must be equipped not only to lead, but also to shepherd well. Therefore, this community will function in a governmental way, helping raise men who can stand as stable leaders, pastors, and shepherds within the body of Christ and within their communities. We are committed to raising pastors who do not simply hold a title, but who truly embody the calling of a shepherd.
